When does MIMY start?
The live round of Make It My Year begins on January 12th and will run through to April 7th.
The slightly later January start is very intentional. It gives you space to ease back in after the New Year, get settled, and join the program feeling ready rather than rushed.
Before the live program begins, there will be some optional prep work available to help you get organised and set yourself up for a strong start - nothing overwhelming, just helpful groundwork if you want it.
Once the program is underway, you’ll move through the phases together with live support, accountability, and momentum. You’ll also receive lifetime access to all included trainings, so you can revisit and reuse the materials whenever you need them, both during the program and beyond.
The six phases of MIMY
Phase 1: Foundations
This phase is all about getting crystal clear on your business and creating a plan you can actually work from. We’ll focus on defining what you’re building, who it’s for, and what you’ll sell, so everything has a clear purpose. You’ll map out a product suite that makes sense not just for the duration of MIMY, but for the year ahead too, giving you direction and focus instead of constantly second-guessing your next move.
Phase 2: Offer Creation
In this phase, you’ll focus on creating, finishing, and polishing your next offer. This isn’t about endless tweaking or perfection, but about getting something completed and ready to sell. You’ll be supported to make clear decisions, follow through, and move from idea to execution so your offer doesn’t stay stuck in draft mode.
Phase 3: Sales Systems That Work
Here, we’ll focus on finding sales systems that work for you and your business, rather than forcing strategies that don’t fit. You’ll choose approaches that feel sustainable and realistic, then put them in place so selling becomes part of how your business runs, not something you have to reinvent every time you want to make money.
Phase 4: Messaging and Communicating Your Offers
This phase is about learning how to clearly communicate what you sell and why it matters. You’ll work on your messaging so you can talk about your offers confidently, explain the value simply, and show up consistently without overthinking every post or email. The goal is clarity and confidence, not complicated copy.
Phase 5: Increasing Visibility and Audience Growth
In this phase, the focus shifts to increasing your visibility and growing your audience in ways that support your business goals. You’ll identify where and how to show up so people can actually find you, connect with your work, and move closer to becoming customers. This is about steady, intentional growth, not chasing every new platform or trend.
Phase 6: Selling
Selling runs throughout the program, but by this stage you’ll be ready to do it more confidently and consistently. You’ll focus on selling your offers in a way that feels natural and sustainable, building comfort and momentum over time. The aim is to make selling a normal, ongoing part of your business, rather than something you avoid or save for “later”.
What this program is really about
Make It My Year isn’t built around promising £/$1k months - or any specific income figure - and that’s very intentional.
Everyone joins this program from a different starting point. You’ll have different levels of experience, different tools and resources available to you, different amounts of time, and you’ll be building different kinds of businesses. Because of that, it wouldn’t be honest (or helpful) to attach a single number and suggest the same outcome for everyone.
What I do intend to help you build is something far more valuable and long-lasting.
Throughout the program, you’ll be supported to create clear foundations, intentional systems, and ways of working that move your business forward. You’ll gain structure, focus, and confidence in what you’re doing, along with the momentum that comes from taking consistent, strategic action. Instead of guessing or jumping from idea to idea, you’ll know what you’re working on - and why.
For many people, these foundations will naturally lead to increased income over time, including reaching and moving beyond £/$1k months. But the real win is building a business that’s set up to grow in a sustainable way, long after the program ends.
Will I need to purchase expensive tools or software?
In most cases, no. If you already have a way to sell and deliver your products or courses, and a way to email your audience, you likely already have everything you need to take part in MIMY.
This program isn’t about chasing shiny new tools or constantly switching platforms. It’s about building strong foundations and learning how to use what you already have in a more intentional, effective way.
The focus is on clarity, systems, and action - not complicated tech stacks.
If there are tools or platforms that could genuinely support what you’re building, I’ll share recommendations and explain what I personally use.
These are always optional “nice to haves,” not requirements. The priority throughout the program is helping you build a business that works because of solid foundations, not because of expensive software.
How will the live parts work?
Throughout Make It My Year, you’ll be supported with a mix of live coaching, hands-on support, and built-in accountability.
There will be monthly group coaching calls where we’ll work through challenges, decisions, and next steps together. These calls will be recorded, with replays available, and you’ll be able to submit questions in advance so you can get support even if you can’t attend live. (GMT 9pm / EST 4pm*)
You’ll also have access to bi-weekly Voxer office hours, where you can message me directly with your questions and get personalised feedback and advice. This gives you ongoing, real-time support as you implement and move things forward. This will be open from GMT 10pm - 2pm / EST 5pm - 9am*)
During the program, we’ll have at least three Take Action Weeks, happening across months 1, 2, and 4. These are weeks where the focus shifts from learning to implementation, so you actually complete something meaningful instead of carrying it over month to month.
To help you stay consistent, there will be weekly accountability check-ins where you can share how things are going, what you’re working on, and where you might be getting stuck. This allows me to support you, keep you on track, and help you follow through on what you’ve committed to.

I’m a multi-passionate business owner with a lot of offers, a background in teaching, and a very real understanding of what it’s like to be figuring things out as you go. I didn’t start my business with a big master plan or a neatly mapped-out strategy, it actually began accidentally after a bet with my husband about whether I could grow an Instagram account to 100k followers!
