Can I customise the templates for my own brand?

🧙‍♂️ Absolutely, all templates can be accessed and fully customised using the free version of Canva, no need to pay any additional fees. The only exception is some of the content for specific prompts use pictures which you can't change the colours of (but you can easily replace these with other pictures if you wish).

Can I cancel my membership?

🦉 While we are confident you are going to love having Magical Social Content delivered to you every month you can cancel anytime. Once your membership has expired you will no longer have access to your dashboard so we suggest you download all of your content before your current membership cycle expires.

All of the content available in your Magical Social Content Membership is available in the free version of Canva which means you can edit colours, fonts and photos without needing to purchase any additional software.

If you are new to Canva don't worry, no magical powers are needed, it's really easy to use and your Magical Social Content Membership comes with an introductory video showing you how you can easily and quickly customise your templates.

I have some questions

How long do I have to subscribe to the membership for?

There is no minimum subscription length, you can cancel at any time. Once your membership ends you will no longer have access to the membership dashboard but you have the right to use any of the resources from your time in the membership that you have already downloaded.

Do I need to purchase a subscription for Canva in order to use the templates?

No you don't, all of the resources and templates can be accessed and edited using the free Canva plan

Can I sell or give these resources to anyone else?

You only have the right to use this content for your own account plus an additional 2 clients that YOU create the content for. If you need additional licences for additional accounts please email us at hello@catgetssocial.com. You can't gift, sell or share any of the content in The Magical Social Content Membership to anyone else.

Can I get a refund?
